The 2013 AILA Annual Conference on Immigration Law will be held from June 26 to June 29, 2013 at the Hilton in San Francisco Union Square in San Francisco, California.

The conference will include various panels and events on immigration law. It will also include panels that focus on the EB-5 Visa. For example, on Wednesday, Carolyn S. Lee, AILA Investor VISA EB-5 Committee Chair from Ithaca, New York, will lead a discussion on Master Business: Hot Topics with EB-5 Regional Centers, which will focus on issues related to representation of Regional Centers, job creation and RFE trends in Regional Center projects. The other speakers on the panel are AILA Past President Ronald Klasko and Lincoln Stone. On Friday, a panel called EB-5: The Essentials of Investment will be led by Tammy Fox-Isicoff (AILA Board of Governors, Miami, Flordia) and AILA Past President Bernard P. Wolfsdorf and Stephen Yale-Loehr will speak. The panel will touch on Regional Center versus individual petitions, EB-5 petition basics, drafting the I-526 petition and choosing a Regional Center.

Those wishing to receive Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit through the conference may access approval notices and totals using webCLE and must send an affidavit of participation. Those going to the conference may earn as many as 31 credits and are awarded hours depending on the amount of sessions they go to.
