Responding to the buzzing EB-5 market in India, one of the fastest growing global markets with a rapidly increasing number of EB-5 applicants, EB5 Investors Magazine hosted the sold-out 2017 Mumbai EB-5 & Investment Immigration Expo on October 4-5. More than 30 panelists and 50 sponsors shared industry insights and showcased their brands during the event. 

Over 400 attorneys, EB-5 regional centers, foreign intermediaries, international developers and service providers gathered at The St. Regis Mumbai for the event, which kicked off with a cocktail reception at the luxury rooftop reception hall of the hotel. There, guests networked with professionals from around the globe. The reception was followed by a full-day expo featuring educational, interactive panels moderated by professionals experienced in the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program and global investment immigration programs. Panels highlighted the latest information about the EB-5 process and future for Indian investors, due diligence strategies, direct investments versus regional center investments, source of funds and tax issues.

Expo participants had the chance to network and connect with EB-5 professionals, gain market knowledge and reach out to specialized investment immigration professionals to grow their business.

The two-day networking and educational event, which became the EB-5 industry’s most-attended domestic event in 2016 with more than 1,000 attendees, will be a gathering of broker-dealers, developers, immigration and securities attorneys, migration agents, regional centers and other prominent EB-5 and citizenship-by-investment program stakeholders.
