Kate is a frequent writer and sought after speaker on various EB-5 matters, having presented throughout the United States and around the world as a lawyer practicing immigration law with the international law firm Greenberg Traurig (GT). She is currently serving on the Editorial Board of EB5 Investors Magazine, as the author of the EB5investors.com column “Kate’s Corner,” and the Editor of GT’s EB-5 Insights blog. Kate’s Corner is a forum for up-to-date information pertaining to the multi-faceted EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program.
