The final action date for investors from Mainland China finally advanced by one month to Sept. 15, 2015. The date for Vietnam was moved forward two months to April 15, 2018 when the State Department released its June visa bulletin today.
The final action date for EB-5’s regional center and non-regional center categories for investors from all other countries, including India, Mexico and the Philippines, remain current.
