The final action date for EB-5 investors in the non-regional center program from Vietnam is now current, according to the August visa bulletin released by the State Department today.
Investors from Mainland China only moved a few days forward to Nov. 15, 2015 in the non-regional center program stream. All other countries remained current.
Dates were not released for investors from any country in the regional center program, since the reauthorization of the program failed before June 30.
