Beverley Woolf is an escrow solutions professional. She is currently the general counsel for Granite Escrow and Settlement Services, which has its corporate headquarters in Newport Beach, California, and other locations throughout Southern California.
Granite has a specialized department for holding EB-5 escrows and handles projects ranging in size from $7 million to more than $100 million.
As general counsel, Woolf oversees compliance and risk-management activities of the company to make sure it is compliant with industry employment and business process laws. She also manages the holding escrow division. Under her management, she has dealt with around 200 EB-5 projects.
Woolf has been an attorney since 1995 and has focused on a variety of fields, including corporate, contract, litigation, employment and business law. She is a former partner with Shaban Clark Attorneys.
She is a member of the State Bar of California and has practiced in South Africa.
Woolf has LL.B. and a Bachelor of Commerce degree in law from the University of South Africa.
