Richard Kristof is an escrow solutions professional. He currently serves as CEO of Investor Services Company of America (ISCoA), based in Raleigh, North Carolina.
ISCoA introduced EB5 Suite, which has the features of an enterprise resource planning (ERP) product and a customer relationship management (CRM) package for the EB-5 process. The suite helps track the visa process and allows all parties involved — investors, agents, attorneys and project leads — to function on the same platform. Kristof has been with ISCoA since 2015.
Kristof also serves as chief strategy officer of Global Verification Network, which completes strategic development for new markets, technology and business opportunities. In addition, he is managing director of TriHelix Software, which specialize in software development and learning services.
Kristof’s prior professional experience includes being an account executive for an investors corporation, the co-founder of a marina and marine shop business, and an executive for business development companies. From 2003 to 2011, Kristof was president and CEO of American Research Institute, Inc., which won 17 training industry awards for its quality of content development and innovative approach.
Currently, Kristof also serves on various boards, including one for a North Carolina brewery and for Product Recovery Technology International.
Kristof has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Fairfield University in Connecticut.
