C. Matthew Schulz is an EB-5 immigration lawyer. He is a member of Dentons’ litigation and dispute resolution team, which focuses on business immigration and employment law from the Dentons office in Silicon Valley, California. His practice has primarily focused on business immigration law since becoming a lawyer in 1984.

Schulz is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine. He received his juris doctor from the Golden Gate University School of Law in 1984. Schultz is a member of the American Bar Association, American Immigration Lawyers Association, State Bar of California, Inter-Pacific Bar Association and is a former chairman of the immigration committee for the Santa Clara County Bar Association.
