I have been living continuously in the U.S. for 9 years as a conditional green card holder. I think my I-829 will be denied shortly, as most of the other investors have been. What should I do? Am I qualified for cancellation of removal for a lawful permanent resident? And how long will that take?

Immigration attorneysYou will need an immigration attorney to analyze your options should the I-829 be denied and especially why denied. It can be renewed in proceedings. You can change to a nonimmigrant category; but will need a new visa and return. You may or may not be eligible for cancellation of removal, etc.
