I applied for EB-5 (concurrent filing) on January 15th. I am a resident in the US. I did Biometrics and recently got an I-131 advanced parole approval notice on April 6th. My question is, in what order will USCIS start reviewing my petitions? I understand that since my adjustment of status petition has been served, I am currently getting EAD/Advance parole. Would USCIS have also started reviewing my I-526 application in parallel from January, or will they begin reviewing it strictly after 6 months?

Immigration attorneysThey will review it concurrently with the I-485 and ancillary petitions but the I-526 must be approved for the I-485 to be approved.
