Transferring money from Vietnam to another country has become very difficult. The country’s regulation on the matter demands a lot of paperwork. Can I use this same paperwork in my EB-5 application to justify my funds? Also, the U.S. has become very stringent regarding Vietnam funds transfers, and fewer banks in Vietnam handle these operations, so the service is becoming even more expensive than usual. Is there a better way to transfer my capital from my Vietnamese bank?

Also get the “rules” from your bank on international transfers. I believe that sometimes the transfers are done as commercial transfers from your business.
