My I-526 just got approved (September 2024). I already have an approved I-485/EAD and Advance Parole (since March 2024, based on the I-526 application). I also have been living in the U.S. on an L2S visa linked to my spouse’s L1A visa for the past 1.5 years. Will I get my conditional Green Card issued immediately? What are the next steps?

Find an EB-5 Visa Lawyer: Immigration AttorneyAdjustment adjudication has been haphazard. We got some cases approved but USCIS has slowed down in adjudication. We are pushing to get them to expedite these cases as its close to the end of the fiscal year.

Find an EB-5 Visa Lawyer: Immigration AttorneyIf you have the Welcome Notice for the I-485 it should come quickly. If the I-485 has not yet been adjudicated, then I would need more information to help with expected timing.

Find an EB-5 Visa Lawyer: Immigration AttorneyNo, you will not get anything immediately. There is no standard processing for I485s it seems. We’ve seen decisions in 6mo post I526 approval and 2 years and still waiting. You’ll need to sue if you want faster results.
