How soon can we file an I-829 after the project is approved?

We filed for an I-526 through the regional center program (EB5-I51) in 2019, and the USCIS finally approved it in 2024. We got two years of conditional residency at the U.S. embassy. The project is completed, jobs are created, and other investors have already filed for I-829. Can we file our I-829 within six months of getting the I-526 approval?

You can only file during the 90-day window preceding the 24-month anniversary of your conditional residence, which is between 21-24 months from the date you landed with a green card.
