Does my EB-5 EAD automatically extend?

My EB5-based EAD is expiring in about four months. When we apply for an extension, is there an automatic 180- or 540-day extension available for EB5-based EAD cards?

If you have a C9, you should be okay. Employees must have one of these qualifying eligibility categories to receive an automatic extension of their employment authorization and/or EAD validity: A03, A05, A07, A08, A10, A17*, A18*, C08, C09, C10, C16, C20, C22, C24, C26*, C31, and A12 or C19. The eligibility categories are published on the USCIS Automatic EAD Extension page.

Yes, if it was applied for under a pending I-485 – 540 days.
