I am the principal applicant under EB-5 and likely to get visa through consular processing soon. Can my son, aged 20 years, 11 months immediately travel to United States alone, after getting the immigration visa? Or does he have to travel along with me for the first time (as he is derivative)?
If he can not travel alone in above case, can he travel alone, after he is above 21 years(on first visit on immigrant visa)?
Once I travel to the US, after getting my immigration visa, can I return back after 3 days (before getting a green card)?
