How can I add on a family member to my EB-5 application at the I-526 stage?

After adjudication of I-526, how can a family member choose to follow and join in the DS-260 process? Then, what is the time limitation for the dependent to join?

The family member need not be added there, once the I-526 is approved; depending on where the dependent member is located, a follow to join application can be filed after approval. Is the person in or out of the U.S.? spouse or child under 21?

If there are new family members and you are processing abroad, merely notify NVC; if you are adjusting status, merely include them and the documents showing that they are eligible family.

Yes, you can add a family member to accompany or follow to join you. There is no time limit.

Send in a letter with proof of relationship or wait until is case is at NVC (if consular processing) and do that at that time. No limit for follow-to-join provided relationship existed prior to Principal''s immigration.

Once the NVC sends the invoices for the applicants after I-526 approval, you should be able to add a family member (like a new baby).

Ask NVC to add the family member and issue a fee bill for them.
