I had a consulate interview on February 20 and was granted an immigrant visa, but immediately thereafter the COVID-19 situation escalated so I have not been able to enter the U.S. yet. I have already paid my green card fees and my visa is valid till August 20. Does this Trump ban affect me? What if I cannot enter the U.S. before my EB-5 visa expires?
