We are submitting an exemplar application for a regional center. The regional center is an LLC, and we were thinking the NCE should be a L.P. with the regional center being the general partner. The EB-5 immigrant investor would become a L.P. partner with his (her) investment (put at risk), and the L.P., as an entity, would invest in distinct JCEs that would be separate LLCs. How does this sound?
